Unpaid requests and cancellation
No production payment is accepted in this release, so there is no payment to refund for an unpaid quote, unpaid order or local sample journey. Request cancellation from the order screen or email hello@gotaione.com with the reference. A submitted cancellation request is not confirmation that the record has been closed; check the team response.
Future paid orders
No purchasing or shipping begins in this release. Future paid-order fees, supplier cancellation rules, return destinations, postage responsibility and refund timing will be published before paid orders are accepted. No blanket no-refund rule or future claim deadline is imposed by this page. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.
