TaiOne helps you browse Taiwan products, prepare shopping lists and request quotes from the Taiwan team. For help, email hello@gotaione.com with “TaiOne” in the subject, your account email, the request reference if available and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes or card details. You can also message the team from My requests & quotes.
Accounts and personal data
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for recovery. To delete your customer account, open Account → Manage account in the app, or Account on the website, and confirm with your password. Resolve open unpaid orders first. If you cannot sign in or need help resolving an order, email hello@gotaione.com with “TaiOne account deletion” and the account email. We may need to verify your identity; never email your password. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion by email.
Browsing and quote requests
This release does not accept payments or initiate purchasing or shipping. Quote approval saves an unpaid record only. The separately labeled sample journey is a local demonstration.
