Updated 30 September 2026
Operator and current service
TaiOne is operated by the company and contact identified above. The current free service supports product browsing, local shopping lists, account favorites, product requests, team messages and quotes for the Taiwan-to-United States lane. Payments, purchasing and shipping are unavailable. No fee, subscription, delivery commitment or purchase is created simply by browsing, requesting or approving a quote.
Your account and requests
Provide accurate account and request information, protect your password and submit only content you are authorized to share. Do not use TaiOne for unlawful/restricted goods, false customs information, impersonation or abuse. Avoid sensitive identity, health and payment information in searches and ordinary attachments.
Discovery, quotes and approval
Catalog and discovery information is not an offer to sell. Seller prices are observations and may change; source links and images do not guarantee stock, authenticity, eligibility or final delivered cost. The team reviews requested items and provides quote information. Check quantities, variants, currency and all cost components. An unpaid approval record is separate from payment and fulfillment.
Future commerce
Your current address changes do not rewrite historical approvals. Changed or expired quotes require fresh review. Local demonstration receipts and orders do not represent real transactions. Before paid commerce becomes available, TaiOne will identify its merchant/payment/fulfillment arrangements and publish the applicable fees, delivery, cancellation and refund terms.
Questions and statutory rights
Contact support about corrections, account closure or cancellation of unpaid request/order records. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer/privacy law does not allow to be waived. Material changes will be communicated where required.
